Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order: Yes, the minimum order is $10.00.

Payment: US Customers: We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express. Prepaid Check or Money Order: Orders paid by personal check or business check will be held at least 7 days until the check clears. Orders paid by money order will be shipped when the money order is received. 

Please make checks payable to : All Seasons Company, 888 Brannan Street, #1160, San Francisco, CA 94103. There will be a $10.00 charge for returned checks.

Non-US Customers: Payment must be made by credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed, excluding Saturdays & Sundays.

Cancellation of Orders: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Please call us during business hours. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Back Orders: AllSeason.com does not accept back orders.

Shipping Charges: All customers have to pay for the shipping of their orders to the desired location. Shipping charge varies according to couriers, destinations, and weight. No refund of the shipping charge due to delay of the couriers (UPS, US Postal Service, Fedex etc.). We only charge actual shipping fee after weighing your order and charge it accordingly based on courier's program. The shipping fee you see online is always higher than it actually will be because they are roughly estimated.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 15 DAYS.  
Original shipping is non-refundable.Merchandise returned is 0% restocking charge. Customer have to pay for the shipping. 

Any Monthly Sale or Special Sale Items returned must be returned by the whole unit, not a portion of it. For example: SP-136 Rose quartz chips,10 strands for $12.50, you cannot return 8 strands and keep 2. 

Sorry, we cannot accept any returns or exchange after 15 days or without an invoice. Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please use a traceable shipping method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) to return your order. All Seasons Trading Company is not responsible for any return order that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order.
