How fast do we ship your order?

Usually the next business day follow your placement. Here is how we operate:
Our cut-off time for downloading orders for the day is between 9:30am to 10am PST. If your order placed after we had downloaded for the day then your order will be shipped the next following business day supposing that all the items are
available in our showroom otherwise we need an extra one or two business days to replenish stocks in showroom from warehouse. Therefore, your order will need to wait for one to two business days.

No Back Order: we DO NOT ship back order!! When you got your order and some items are not shipped and neither charged that means at the time we processed your order the items were out-of-stock in both showroom and warehouse.

No Catalog: we do not have printed and electronic form of catalogs for the moment.
