You are very welcome to visit our show room in San Francisco. Open to the public. Only selected Saturdays and Sundays are open mostly during Thanksgivings and Christmas shopping season. Please call to find out or view website news.
Directions
to our showroom:
Cross street: 8th Street & Brannan Street
From the Bay Bridge/ I-80: Take 9th street/Civic Center exit, left onto 8th Street, three blocks to Brannan Street.
From Downtown San Francisco: Take Hyde Street across Market Street, where 8th Street begins and continues down 8th to Brannan Street.
From the Peninsula/U.S. 101: Take the 9th Street /Civic Center Exit: get in the right hand lane; take an immediate right as you exit. This puts you on Bryant Street. Go down one block to 8th and take a right.
From Marin County/Golden Gate Bridge: Take Lombard Street, turn right onto Van Ness, left onto 13th Street (which becomes Division). Continues up Division around traffic circle to 8th Street, up one block to Brannan Street.
Public Transit: From Civic Center BART station, at 8th and Market, take Muni #19 (Navy Shipyard) to 8th Brannan Street.

How fast do we ship your order?
Usually the next business day follow your placement. Here is how we operate: Our cut-off time for downloading orders for the day is between 9:30am to 10am PST. If your order placed after we had downloaded for the day then your order will be shipped the next following business day supposing that all the items are available in our showroom otherwise we need an extra one or two business days to replenish stocks in showroom from warehouse. Therefore, your order will need to wait for one to two business days.
No Back Order: we DO NOT ship back order!! When you got your order and some items are not shipped and neither charged that means at the time we processed your order the items were out-of-stock in both showroom and warehouse.
No Catalog: we do not have printed and electronic form of catalogs for the moment. |
